How do I apply?

Please call us to see if there will be a unit available when you are ready to move. You can reach the resident manager at (714) 369-6264. Please also reference our Tenant Requirements PDF, opens new window to quickly determine if you qualify as a tenant at St. George Apartments. To apply, we prefer that you visit the on-site office and complete the required forms.  If you are unable to come to our office first, we will be happy to send you the required forms and authorizations. Once all fields are completed and the appropriate application fees are paid, our resident manager will send the information to our credit check service and do all appropriate rental history confirmations. Please note that it requires all fields to be completed in order to move forward. We will notify you of the results as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.

What is your security deposit?

Our security deposit is an amount equal to one month’s rent. Depending on an applicant’s credit history some additional deposit may be required.

What is your pet policy?

We do allow indoor cats; no dogs, please. We charge a one-time, non-refundable pet fee ($250). We do not permit cats in units with new carpet. Our full policy is here: Pet Agreement SG.

What are your rent rates?

Our current monthly rental rates are as follows:

Townhome (2 bd, 2 ba): $2,445

Front units (2 bd, 2 ba, Fireplace): $2,610

These rates are subject to change.

What are your lease terms?

We offer six-month, nine-month and twelve-month lease agreements, depending on tenant preference. We also may consider a lease with a term shorter than six months but this comes with an additional move in fee requirement.

Once I know I’m moving in, how do I set up my utilities?

You are required to contact the utility companies to start your service. You can contact Southern California Edison at (800) 655-4555 and Southern California Gas at (877) 238-0092. You are responsible for establishing your own phone, internet and/or cable service, but our office staff will assist you with contact information if you require it.

How do I contact maintenance after hours?

If you have a maintenance emergency that requires immediate assistance, please call our on-site manager at: (714) 369-6264. If you have a work order or other comment that is not an emergency, you may also call this number.

How do I submit a maintenance request?

While we will accept your maintenance requests via telephone, but we prefer to have them in writing. Please feel free to fill out the form below to send us your request or contact the on-site manager at 714-369-6264. In all cases, we will confirm that we have your permission to enter your unit prior to completing the requested work.
